It would have been nice to know that you went up on your price for an oil change 50% BEFORE I left my keys with you. From $70-ish to $111 is quite a jump from one oil change to the next. Service was getting poorer and poorer, but I kept dismissing it as "hey, its just and oil change, no biggie." But if you're going to charge $111, I'd at least expect to start getting the "multi-point inspection checklist" that I used to get.....which I haven't received in the last 6 or 7 oil changes. Just perturbed, I guess.

This was my 1st oil change on my new truck. Signing in was super simple, especially since I purchased my vehicle at Gilland; all my information was in the system. We have dealt with Gilland Chevrolet for our last 4 cars. We find the staff very helpful and willing to help and work with us in coming to mutual agreement of final cost of car. Being seniors, it was very helpful how he explainied the new tech this and that on the 2026 Acadia has this year. We had a salesman by name of Nash Evens,he was patient as well as friendly and helped us in every way. WE were touched by his personalization in contacting us some days later to be sure we were ok in getting used to the new car and driving updated tech things,...that meant a lot, businesses just don,t go that extra mile anymore.Gilland Chevrolet is a great place to buy a car!

I noticed erratic outside temperature readings and tried resetting the ambient temperature by holding the Re-circulation and A/C buttons, as I had done with my previous 2019 Sierra 1500, but it did not work. The issue was obviously a faulty ambient temperature sensor, which the service department did an excellent job of replacing for me.

I broke down on a Friday afternoon, 1645 hrs. I made a call to the service department. Being that this was close to business closing the service rep made it happen. After a few minutes of coordination, a tech showed up at my location I had broke down. The tech with the part onhand made the repair. That's service.

I was able to get in quickly and get out quickly. I was there for my first oil change on my 2025 Z71 truck. I was told they would top off all fluids including DEF as well. Again, very quick service! I noticed when I got home, they did not top off my DEF, but that is no problem because I was almost full. The young man at the Service Desk was very personable and courteous! My last truck was purchased at the Ford dealer across the street. My Ford salesman, Robert, was the best! I absolutely loved their Service Department, (The best I have ever dealt with as well) and I was concerned whether or not I would get the same professional service at the GMC / Chevrolet dealer. Well, after my first time for service at Gilland Chevrolet GMC -Ozark, I think I'm in good hands! You folks at Gilland Ford and Chevrolet GMC are by far the best!

Went in for my scheduled oil & filter change with tire rotation. My tires are worn down to the top of Lincolns head on a penny. I asked for a quote on tires and when service was done, we discussed my options for tire replacement. He gave me three good choices for my rims. The quotes were detailed with all the charges, and nothing was hidden. They put it right out in the open. Thank you, I took the quotes home and hit the internet for consumer reviews, tire reviews and so on. After careful comparison I was confident in my choice and called it into my advisor, James Grider. I have a long trip coming up and didn't feel like chancing what was left on of my tires. Hey, they were 40,000 mile tires and I got 41,000 good miles off of them. This time I am going with 70,000 mile tires. I bought my car from Gilland Chevrolet, an Equinox LT and am really loving it. It gets excellent gas mileage. I have been doing business with these folks going on three years now and have only good things to say about them. Everyone so far has been a pleasure doing business with. Come see them!

Other than leaving my truck unlocked on the lot overnight everything was fine. I went by at 6:30 PM Tuesday to check, retrieved the key from the ignition, locked the truck and returned the key to Brittany at the service dept the next morning. She didn't seem too concerned about it.
